I am 1 pound away from my first mini goal!! My first mini goal is to get out of the 200 numbers so when I get down to 199lb I will have met my first goal. I am hoping to do this by the end of this week but if not that is ok to. I am just allowing my body to do what it doe and get rid of this fat in it's own time by exercising and eating right! I am also noticing more definition in my arms, and my legs are getting thinner. I haven't noticed any change in the belly area just from looking but I can tell my pants are loose in the waist band area!! I feel super good today and I am really proud of myself for doing this the hard way, LOL No short cuts and get skinny quick pills. I am on my way!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
