ok..i think it's safe to say that after a 5 day vacation in New Orleans and several buffets where i couldn't accurately count my calories i am ok with this. I didnt lose BUT I didnt gain. I can live with this. Now I'm ready to get back in the swing of things!!
190.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
