Was RIDICULOUSLY hungry yesterday so a weight gain wasn't a surprise lol...the GOOD thing is that I consumed good foods like 2 boneless skinless chicken breast and an unfathomable amount of broccoli, sweet peas and carrots and half a pineapple for dessert lol...Today's activities and workout will burn all that away and then some so i'm not worried hahhaaha...even if not, i';; get to where I wanna be soon enough :-)
209.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
