After gaining more kg's than my initially starting weight in July 2021 - I am so excited to see this place 1kg loss.

Today I soldier was on even more! Continue to make healthy meal choice
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
