Reached my first goal of losing 8 pounds. I want to another 8 to bring me down to 130. Weekends and special occasions are challenging. Celebrating a birthday party with sushi dinner tonight. Will have to be careful because eating sushi can be deceiving in terms of calories. I'm having some hummus and carrots to fill me up a bit.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
