Getting closer to 120…. Almost 30kg down in 21weeks!!! No fancy diets or pills. Just good old hard work & consistency. 🤘🏻
273.2 lb Lost so far: 56.7 lb.    Still to go: 52.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
