I feel like a see-saw -- up & down. I am a stress and emotional eater. Some days I am so starved - I could suck the refrigerator empty and other days I just want sweets and salty stuff. Or all I want is protein stuff. I really need to get back to basic, find some balance and get on an even keel. I am not sure but this year seems so stressful. I think I am so worried about hubby and his back and now his legs. I need to get a grip. Also no trip home for the holidays- to see the entire family. Gas prices, van not long distant travel worthy, hubby's health--list goes on and on. On the bright side my loving grand daughter is planning to visit with her family - to spend Christmas with us. I have to admit that I am so afraid that there will be a glitch and she won't make it. Not trying to be a negative Nelly- but the possibilities are there. Well I am still trying to get my house back in order. I hate the fact that I am getting older and when anything is out of the normal routine-it really throws me into a tizzy.
