Actually I am eating healthy most of the week but I have 1 or 2 big meals & 1 snack.Also for exercise all I do is walking.At least I somewhat got a good start but I need to make it alot better.Such as 5 or 6 small healthy meals & various exercises to get a great start & also continue it that way FOREVER.Where is the time & energy?!I mostly need all this for my health(as the dr. says).Why can't I push myself to fit it all in & also not to be so lazy.
