Excited as my new middle number is approaching. Slow and steady will win the race! I am in this for the long haul and have finally realized to see results that will last I must do it the right way. I am enjoying this weight loss journey and now have started making healthier choices and I don't even fell like I'm missing out. Today is a great day!
250.8 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job lady! I am hoping for some great days this week! LOL I am at a Plateau right now! BOOO! Can't wait for nicer weather so we can finally go jogging TOGETHER! LOL Keep up the great work!!!
