after 16 days of not getting onto the dr office scales. I've lost another 5 pounds! so a total of 31. pounds off. I still need to lose 10 more b4 my December 14 doctor appointment to see if I can have the hip replacement surgery. my personal goal is to lose 34. more pounds to increase an easier surgery / recovery time. I need to exercise but it hurts to walk sometimes. I will keep on this weight loss lifestyle as. long as I can.
