It is important what you eat not only No of calories. I do not take so much calories (approx 700), but included chocolate and I have gained weight. If being "slim" means no enjoy in the life, I'll pass it.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
