I've been teetering up and down but today is a good drop of another half pound. I love the hungry girl recipes and my green smoothie in the morning. I deserve the good stuff. and I'm starting to crave water!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
