Yesterday.
Lunch
Avo on toast with onion powder and coffee with cream .

Supper: Dhall and Karela fry .
Carrot salad and pickle
Dessert: 6 pieces candrel chocolate. 8 carbs!!
139.3 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
