Had a huge wake up call today at Dr. office once hopped on the scale, gaining 10lbs in one month!!! WOW shame on me and my food habits. Its TIME FOR A CHANGE!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
