i didn't lose any weight,but i didn't gain either. i really ate a lot more than i should have this weekend, but i was at a graduation and the ice cream cake was calling me and i gave in. today is a new day and so far i'm eating the right foods and will exercise this afternoon. i really want to lose at least 2 lbs this week and get out of the 180s! wish me luck
