Prepping for competition, sick the last two weeks so I’ve had to replace macros for earlier in the day as I’m crashing very hard of an evening. Worked well as my rest/fasting period has extended 10-12 hours ❤️ my menstrual cycle hasn’t been impacted throughout this competition it’s only become lighter and does not stay as long each month. The leanest I’ve ever been going into a show. I’m looking forward to it ❤️
