These are a few of my favorite things:
1. Good Earth Sweet and Spicy tea. (0 calories, needs no sugar)
2. Salsa as salad dressing.
3. Arctic Zero Peanut Butter Chocolate ice cream. (37 calories per serving, and only 5 net carbs)
4. Jalapeno & Garlic stuffed olives.
These items make healthy eating a bit more fun.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What store did you find the tea at? I love to since Im from the south,,,its hard for me to drink plain water.

I get the Good Earth tea at Costco here in So. Cal. Most grocery stores here carry it too.It has a very strong cinnamon flavor, so may not work as great for iced tea. It's my after dinner treat.
