Having a garden and eating mostly veggies and lean meats helped me lose close to 30 pounds over the summer.
I intend to continue with salads, veggies, and lean meats until I reach my goal weight.
I have added whole milk to my diet, 3 cups per day.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

I am trying to eat more veggies. I would love to have them fresh from a garden. I am planning on creating a small one in my yard for next year.
