I don’t know why the gain if someone can help.

I’ve been staying within my calories in/out
I’ve been meeting my sleep goals
It’s now been a week since I’ve started at the gym but I’m only walking/ stair climbing/ rowing so I didn’t think I would be gaining muscles. And I have lowered my sugar and fat intake. I’m still rather new at all of this and could use some advice!

I do have hashimoto hypothyroidism 😞
236.0 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your doing great Qua83 I wouldn't mind being were you are right now. Just be patient with yourself and the weight will come down, just don't give up
