Well, yesterday was a false weigh in! I did not weigh 213, but 219! This, by far, is the highest I've been since stopping my weight loss in October. There are a few obstacles I have, but nothing I can't handle: 1. My paper- I'm going to finish it this week. 2. People at work- CONSTANT snacking. I will take carrots (cooked/uncooked), fruit pieces, tea, water, gum with me, to keep myself on track. 3. Walking. I hurt my left ankle/foot, so this is the only diet that will work w/out exercising. 4. My kids- they are a constant source of aggravation/concern. I can't react emotionally, but need to respond logically. 5. My job- I have to get certified/endorsed for work or else! My diet is the following: HCG DIET AM: 1.Eliminate 2.Weigh in- Record on FatSecret 3. H20 4. Drops 5. Tea/Fruit
Snack: 1. Tea 2. Fruit/ veggie slices (1/2 a fruit) 3. Gum
Mid-Day 1. H20 2. Fruit/Veggie Slices (1/2 a fruit) 3. Tea
Lunch: 1. Drops 2. H20 3. Cooked veggies 4. Meat/Chicken 5. Tea 6. Gum Snack: 1. H20 2. Fruit/Veggie Slices (1/2 a fruit) 3. Tea
Dinner: 1. Drops 2. H20 3. Salad 4. Fish/Chicken 5. Tea
Snack: 1. H20 2. Fruit/Veggie Slices (1/2 a fruit) 3. Tea 6. Melba toast/rye cracker 7. Tea
