Scale is as usual a buddy of Zuma. As corrupt as and full of double talk as politicians come. Step on the thing, and it says 83. Step off and on again, and that bit of exercise made me lost 2 kg. But then I step off again, take a breath, and back up, just to find that air weighs 1 kg. So I'm somewhere between 81 and 83, but I'm indicating 84 just for safety.

Yesterday I went for a walk, a fast one, of 3 hours, and today all my muscles are aching. But I'm feeling good about that, at least. And did just 1300 kcal for today, so last week's eating is over.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
