No worries...I know exactly where these ounces came from. It's called Tatertot Casserole! I made it by special request for my son's 42nd birthday, using full-fat, decadent ingredients that have not graced my kitchen for months now! I used to make it when the kids were little, and he STILL requests it every year....ahhhh....memories😌 I weighed/measured/logged my portion and overshot my calorie budget, and my body reacted to the richness. TOTALLY WORTH IT!
NSV...due to differences of opinion regarding this damnable pandemic and the vaccines, I was ecstatic when he came to me & gave me a warm, precious hug as he was leaving to drive home. I am a hugger🤗 and up till 2020, he was too. He was my ROCK when going through extremely hard times and grief upon grief since 2010. I have missed our closeness immeasurably. These joyful tears will wash away the weight gain....as I return to my regimen today. I just can't stop smiling......❤
