I had my COVID booster yesterday and by afternoon I had a fever body and headaches.

I’m beginning to have more energy, not much but enough for me to do more house work.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
