Slowly working at it...and Easter beckons...
161.6 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1931 kcal Fat: 63.01g | Prot: 70.10g | Carb: 266.49g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Grapes, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Flora Light, Toasted White Bread. Lunch: Bananas, Tesco Finest British Cumberland Pork Chipolatas, Tesco Fusilli Pasta, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Chocolate Cupcake, Green Peas (Frozen), Shepherd's Pie with Lamb. Snacks/Other: McVitie's Hobnobs, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Crawford's Fruit Shortcake, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Corny Free Haselnuss. more...
