I started the Blood type Diet Late last night after purachsing the book. I'm still feeling all spyched... I'm waiting for the sugar and chocolate withdrawal to set in sometime over the next day or two. I will stay strong. I really want to get a handle on my weight and do something that will have a lasting impact. short term goals: sunday morning- Friday lunch eat onnly benneficials Friday night & saturday incorporate the neutrals. this is until i lose the first big chuck (15-20lbs). Looking forward to a successful diet :)
