starting the center for medical weight loss today. I will eat 2 meals and a snack with supplements from the center and then one of my meals will be 550 calories. this is about 1000 calories a day. I'm very excited to be back on track and to have a plan once again. I really have to do it this time. My weight is an all time high and it effects my health and me everyday, as far as what to wear, and what I'm able to do. I don't want to be under this bondage any longer, and I want to live a long, healthy life.
