I started my water fasting November 1st at 163 November 3 157.0 my water fasting contains water sugar free fruit cups sugar free popsicles sugar-free Jell-O and I have to have my coffee in the morning with sugar-free low carb creamer ... I'm only on third day I still have two more days to go to make it to fifth day November 5th after the fifth day I will see if I can go two more days and after 7 days I'm going to start eating soft foods like baby food and that will be a new challenge to see if I can go 5 to 7 days with soft foods before I bring in solid foods once again in small portions Thanksgiving is coming up and I do want to eat and enjoy my food without having the guiltiness
