Melbourne Cup Day yesterday, big luncheon with lots of wine and a buffet meal with onion in almost everything - which I can't eat due to IBS - so the extra calories in the plonk were sadly balanced out by the lack of food. More disturbed days are ahead as the furniture and floor coverings will be moved out tomorrow and we retreat to the motorhome for a fortnight while the timber floors are polished.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
