One week almost zero activity because of a cold, no power at all, weak even after short walk. Sunday - kite. Today back to gym fully motivated- so leg day!
Going to try and lower to 1800 as I want to dry a bit before a reverse mount of calories in 4 weeks.
Got my 60 kg squat back after injury 💪🏻
156.5 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
