Slow going but its going, 22kg down 28 to go!!!
280.2 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2447 kcal Fat: 79.05g | Prot: 199.03g | Carb: 230.27g.   Breakfast: Jungle Oats, SPAR Full Cream Fresh Milk, Coffee with Milk. Lunch: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Carrots, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked) , Mushrooms , Lean Minced Beef, Boiled Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Pick n Pay Pattypan, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only) . Dinner: Crosse & Blackwell Tangy Mayonnaise, Green Peas (with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Boiled Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Frappuccino, NPL Platinum Whey, Monster Energy Ultra, Monster Energy Ultra Zero Sugar. more...

how did you do it

Tanya to be honest I do calorie counting. So i took my rdi minus 500cals per day then put in an hour at the gym with resistance training and also kept my steps to 8000 a day. As soon as i started to stagnant i lifted my steps by 500 per day.
