not lost any weight again this week getting really down Think I know what the cause is still eating too many carbs but today I managed 14,965 steps doing cardio at the gym and walking home from work in the sunshine
183.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
