Walls's Journal, 29 June 2007

I haven't been on much because firstly I haven't been following the diet very well, secondly because I may have reached the limit of my weight loss, and thirdly I didn't have any good news! I saw myself in the mirror today and I looked....squishy. I need a toning class, I think.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

You have been on Atkins right? I want to know does it get any easier. I have been trying real hard to stick with it but by the time the weekend comes I have ruined it. So what's the trick to staying faithful. LAL

First thing is water. Keep it to hand and drink it, it really helps with the weight loss. Secondly, have a look here and on the Atkins website for receipes that allow you treats without sinning. Thirdly, keep at it. You are trying to alter your body chemistry through your diet - that takes time! Good luck!:)
