Back from my trip. Weigh in this morning on the bathroom scale. Not too bad.
I didn’t limit what I ate, I tried all the new stuff I could but ate moderately. I am very happy with this.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
