wow! im surprised, it was my baby first birthday party yesterday! I was worried i world over eat, i didn't. the party was awesome, Aurora had so much fun! last time i weighed in i was really 219.8, i didn't put the .8 in. i can't remember why. oh well, so i really lost a pound! sweet and im losing inches! i have a problem though, this life style change feels too easy, I have not craved anything or wanted more than what i decided to eat.work has been my only problem, the food there is high carbs and calories so i can't eat much. therefor im starving all day. i bring snacks and it helps, but i wish i could just bring my own lunch. maybe i can find a way.
