Ate out too many times and though I thought I was choosing wisely, I was SHOCKED to see how many carbs were in some of my food choices. Panera Breads chicken ceasar salad was my dinner choice, and Applebee's Asiago peppercorn steak looked like a good bet as well. Until I came home and looked up the NC's in both, I had no idea. Last nights beef Fajita's without the wrap probably didn't make it under my carb count either!
Oh well. Lesson learned AGAIN: no eating out = saved diet and saved money!
Still a loss for the last five days, though. Will see if there is any cumulative damage on Wednesdays weigh in. Edema in legs is back as well. Hmmmmmm, too much sodium??
