I know why my weight went up. I basically took the weekend off. My husband was out of town this weekend so I ate out a few times because of convenience with two small kids. Will get back on track today. Will have dinner at my father-in-law's house and I'm not sure how healthy his dinner will be (Cheesy chicken enchiladas). Hopefully there will be other veggies and or salad that I can load up mostly on. I thought maybe messing with my calories would also help the weight to keep coming off, but that's no excuse for eating poorly.

Yes, we will. I think if I can figure out a way to keep on track during the weekend I'd do much better. For one, I need to weekends to be less busy. Aren't you supposed to relax on the weekends?? :)
