Whatever you do, feeling bad is never going to help. ;) Just think positive and start planning what you're going to do afterwards! :) You will brake the 70 kg mark. But it will take time. You have to be patient and do not discourage yourself with short term results because it takes a lot of time to lose weight ;). Make your effort an easy and sustainable one. You're doing great with the exercise. Keep in mind that, some foods, make you want to eat more food so they make it hard for you to do what you want. Foods which have protein, fiber and fat (just avoid trans-fats), will sate your hunger more and, conversely, foods which have refined carbs (bread, lots of processed foods including most breakfast cereals) will make you hungrier shortly after you eat them since they spike your insulin and drop your blood-sugar levels. ;)

You're doing great on your progress though. If you keep doing what you're doing, you're almost definitely fine for now :)

Your progress is part of why you felt like cheating. You're going very fast. If you start having more of these occasions, just make it easier on yourself. Whatever you do, avoid being hungry. Eat less caloric foods instead :) We tend do fall to bad food habits when we're hungry ;)

It is proven that we increase the value we give to junk foods when we're hungry ;)
