I am so despondent right now. Between medication and the fact that i cannot exercise due to spondylitis and degenerative spine disease i am just picking up all the weight i lost. So i am going to have to get help and advise if i do not want to go back to being overweight.
117.9 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
