Ok, today I get back on track. I want to make a quiche and an impossible coconut pie- sugar free, low fat and with carb quick. Baked fish or chicken for my dinner with salad for dinner tonight. Need to pick up some things at the store later. Have a great Monday, stay safe and Blessings to all.
