Great checkup at the doctor's today. Blood work is all within normal range and my HDL cholesterol is SUPER good. This is a measure of success, since last time I went I was 5 pounds heavier, borderline diabetic and slightly high cholesterol.
It's only been a few days so the scale isn't showing any miracles, but I am happy in these other small successes.
