So discouraging with the loss this week. I cheated and weighed myself on Tuesday, and was 191. I followed the plan, ate very healthy suppers (cod fillets and veggies, no carbs), went for 20min walks, and turns out I gained 2 lbs :(. I just don't know what to do from here...
193.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
