Just finished a glutes, thighs, and abs workout from youtube (google chromecast). I haven't worked out in over a week....lol so sad. I count calories like it's breathing so I never have a problem with that, BUT I plan to get back on top of my workouts bc the sweating really makes me feel great. Springtime is here and the weather has been amazing so I got in a 5am workout before enjoying another beautiful spring day today. Recently, I started a new meditation routine at lunchtime to take advantage of the sunny spring days where I sit on a blanket outside on the grass, close my eyes, and focus on breathing in the warm sun. After that, I read. I also have developed an obsession with false eyelashes....but it's SO fun! I just love being a girl! Anywho, it's going to be a great Friday and an even more blessed weekend!
