Had a quiche ( from tea in trees) for lunch
2 cups coffee with cream
And back to quarter wrap and dhall +beans curry, a table spoon of carrot salad and teaspoon if pickle.
This week will watch chocolate intake and stick to quarter wrap.
A bottle of sparkling water.
138.2 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
