I think I may have finally cracked it! My weight is finally moving in the right direction consistently. I finally got past weight stagnation by calorie cycling, increasing my protein intake and adding long average walks of 14 kilometres twice a week; this is in addition to my HIIT strength training and HIIT running. I'm looking forward to another week of FOCUS, Discipline & Determination. Have a fruitful week everyone!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm at a standstill have been for weeks now I just can't seem to lose anymore, so I think I will have to up my exersice to, plus iv got a bet on that I can lose a stone by December it was going well, I managed to lose 5lbs & iv struggled to keep that of, then nothing, 😢soooo annoying
