Finally I am starting to get this weight off. 20 more pounds til my new goal weight. I noticed that as long as I am not in pain I do not fight with my cravings. I worked out very hard last night. I did step aerobics and walked and then more aerobics. I am hoping that once this stupid period is back to normal I can be normal, feel more energy and less bloaty and exercise.

5lbs to go before the 14th. I am going to work my butt off to get to that.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

YES!!! I noticed right away 2 lbs. were gone!! Vanished!! Kaput!!! So glad you got a good workout last night and are feeling a tad better. I too find it very difficult to hold the cravings at bay when I do not feel well, even if it isn't hormonal in nature!! Looking forward to watching your continued progress my friend!!

I think when we do not feel well we want to turn to food because we find it comforting and then when we show a weight gain it is not so comforting. Great job with your exercise. Keep it up. :-)

WECANDOTHIS you are exactly right. I use to comfort myself with two things 1. food and 2. water. I would take like 5 baths and showers a day when i dont feel well. I would also eat tons and tons of food. I still find water soothing, but have to change how I think and feel about food. That is a hard habit to break but I am trying and will continue to try. Thanks gals for all the support

Cool. I was thinking even if someone was starting out maybe we could encourage then to lose the 20lbs in 12 weeks, seems healthy. Even if they only lost 10 they would still be losing. I just hope more people get up and get active.
