So I did better this week but not the way I wanted to do. Today is my first day without coffee, I notice that I get up every morning and I depend on coffee to get me going and then I end up sitting here on the couch for 2-3 hours wasting time. I haven't been eating breakfast until about 10am and then it seems I am hungry again by 1130. I do wel with lunch usually but by dinner I am done. I end up eating whatever I want and then go on a chocolate binge in the evening. THIS HAS GOT TO END. I have to stop thinking that sugar will fix my bad tired moods. So I gave up coffee today and started my day with a huge glass of water. I have got to do this.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
