Had a good few days, but haven't work out for the past two. There have some family things going on that I felt were more important than working out. My eating has been better although it has still been a little high in the calorie count it was good healthy food. Today has been a good day so far. Great triathlon workout with a very nice finishing swim. Then got to wait a little bit to eat. that made me more hungry but it was alright. Hoping the rest of the day is as good.
