Welcome back friends :-)

Well I maintained my weight, which is good, but I would've much rather lost a pound or two lol. I think losing 5 pounds in a day caused me to not lose anything today which is fine. Yesterday's workout concentrated more on stretching and sudden burst of speed rather than getting the heart rate up and maintaining it for that hardcore burning. Today's workout is an intense one with the Total body Circuit...man o man lol
214.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
