Slowly but surly I am getting my weight back down. I still catch myself binge eating junk :( . I am working on lowering my stress as I am a bad stress eater. Within 14 months 3 of my siblings passed away & hence the eating began. I put back on 25 of the 40 I worked so hard to take off. I will get back to the leaner & healthier me again. My life depends on it according to my doc. As 2 of my siblings dies of heart related conditions. I have a high risk of the same thing happening to me if I don't watch health.
