well I went just a hair over my calories for today but in actuality I probably didn't consume them all as I didn't finish all of my dinner. I may not have gotten all of my walk In this morning but I did get at least a mile n half before having to get ready for a long 12+hr day at work
214.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
